There is a open scam accusation against the owners of this project in the Scam Accusations section:
[Scam] Gomatoken.com ~ Rug Pull to be.This accusation is made by their bounty manager Hhampuz, because, apparently, the team has refused to pay the full bounty to their bounty participants. It is unlikely that this project will succeed until they address that accusation.
If this is the case, to avoid further damage because we are speculating about it ,which could encourage others into investing in this project without being aware of the allegations.
Best course of action is let's tone down and talk less about them because we don't want to give these guys a platform to grow without clearing their name. Hope someone has alerted their team to get an official statement from them.
