I want to make some tokens in the market. But I don't know where to make tokens and list them on the exchange. How many $dollars can it cost to create a token?
You can start through use ethereum smartcontract to create your own token and list them on the exchange site. You need to have at least 0.5 ethereum if you wanna issue your token on ethereum blockchain but you will need less than it when you wanna launch your token on the second layer blockchain like BSC and polygon. It may even cheaper than issuing token on ethereum.

You can find various article on the internet about step by step for the token creation. You will need to pay the contract fees.
From the sound of it, the OP may just create a crappy token here. Because if he will put up a serious project, he should have done his homework already and not ask this lame question here. There are so many tutorials in this forum alone aside from the ones that he can search via internet. Just don't add another crap coin or token here if you have weak reason why create one.
