Instead of having to create a new account and pay evil IP fees, don't you think he'd want to activate another of his alts now that his main account has been banned? It would make more sense if the mod could remove all the accounts related to the evil one to save us time. And, thanks for the link; I'm not sure how I missed it. 
This would be appropriate on the Alternate Accounts thread. And besides, all accounts are inactive, which means they are practically irrelevant, and in addition to your report, they would be better suited to the blue font of the text, since you stick to clarifications.
