I don't think that it is right to compare Cardano to Neo because if you will see Cardano is much progressive and more develop chain as of the moment than NEO. I think Cardano will be a lot bigger.

Agreed. In regards to the speed of development Cardano is ranked to be #1 among leading projects. It is manifesting 24% annual growth in such metric as average commits per month. NEO is far behind of Cardano and even out of sight of Outlier Ventures which keep close watch on crypto projects.
