Actually, Nobody cares, I don't think anyone will be suffered for this banning attempt... Even we would never have noticed this if you hadn't post this in here, lol. 
The good point is, China's monopoly on the ASIC mining sector may now be declining.
But, where is Jack-Ma now? I thought he is a modern & intelligent person. As he is crypto-friendly, he should have made a positive statement in this regard.
