Both the accounts applied with the same ethereum address on the same bounty which is forbidden if the bounty has 1 account per person rule. If you are claiming that you wrongly copied someone's address then some extra work needed to expose the link based on the previous transaction.

BTW,999/1000 instances were lying with such lame execuses.
