Of course, you didn't! I understand your logic, and I am active almost every day but sometimes I simply forget to claim cashback... I forget it's there! 
And when it hits me and I check cashback I only see "expired"! Somehow I am sure I will miss it here and there again!

When I used to play at BetFury sometimes I didn't even receive a notification and when I would finally remember to check if I had cashback available it would already be expired. I agree that the system could use some improvements. The little green dot they had when you received a notification was always easy to miss if you weren't specifically looking for it.
