You won't receive payment in Bitcoin but it is tip from other Twitter users if they feel satisfied with your tweets.
The interesting thing is tip will be done on Lightning and you will receive Bitcoin, in satoshi numbers. It is better than tips with altcoins (Brave, Steem, etc.)
