If someone feels cheated by any website, he must report it to the appropriate law services (name of website is enough). As I wrote earlier, they have technical ways to find out who owns a website. If they found Ross Ulbricht, the founder of Silk Road, then everything else is a piece of cake.
Instead of posting walls of text and spam this thread with one and this same question, accept that this platform is operating anonymous.
You are talking as like as the owner of the website and you have taken part of a well known scammer. Those person who has has been scammed, amount might not be high and it is not easy to everybody to take legal action.
