One problem with your collateral is that getting it to the lender or the escrow will void his anonymity.
Then one of those have to be in US, pretty much close to your location/state and have a property where to keep this collateral until the loan is paid.
Another problem I see is that the lender or escrow will have to find out if it's not stolen.

I don't see how could this deal go as fast as you'd like. I have my doubts that you'll find a lender at all...
