Bounty campaigns are not there so that you could make a lot of money. It is there so that projects could get their names heard, and they do pay for it with usually their tokens but sometimes known coins as well. However, if they are not getting back more than what they are giving then they will stop doing it.

So, the number one priority of any participant should be to make sure you are getting the name heard, if you can do that then the project will fail to gain attraction and they will not keep paying for marketing that doesn't work. Of course, this doesn't just depend on one participant, it means everyone should do it, but if you don't do it then the other one won't and then you look at it and there is nobody doing it.
