Hello everyone, 
So I am new to mining stuff. I am currently mining on My Laptop (ASUS ROG G15) which has NVIDIA 3060 card.

As you can see in the picture, I get like 41 MH/S but the GPU will consume like 85W and the temp gets to like 80 degrees or more. I believe that is not really safe for a laptop.
When I apply power saving from Armoury Create (Asus Software) I could reduce the GPU Watt to like 60W or 58W but then the hash rate would drop down to 36 MH/S.
My question is: can I still get the 41 MH but while reducing the watt to like 60 or 70? I tried to do this but as you can see, MSI Afterburner won't let me modify the core voltage /or power limit. I don't know if this problem is in all Asus laptops or not.
Question 2: there is also another problem, I am using NiceHash, so when I go to sleep and lock my laptop (win + L) the hash rate would drop to like 30 - 24!
Is there a solution to this problem?
