.Agreed. But with them being so successful, maybe they don't see the need to further waste money promoting when others are already doing their job for free :p
This is a good point as instead with the saved amount they could just give away more through various promotions or contest etc so that it keep attracting the users to their site and not leave them. As well after listing of BFG it might have attracted more users as well.
