i remember that. i think it was a safety issue (code issues). so it was a liability if someone got hurt iirc. therefore it was removed.
still, sucks and shows how ridiculous (some) regulations are.
Should have put a sign saying "Strictly an art installation. Not to be used as stairs".
yeah or "for display only" or something
