I don't know why you are ready to spend over 15% but anyone who is going to trade should be very careful and make sure that source of cash is legal and never forget about the escrow part. 
The reason is simple – it's so that greedy naive members here will quickly jump on the offer, thinking they've a great deal. And then get scammed eventually. I like how @tbct_mt2 sounded a warning immediately. Again, considering that the OP's account first posted in March and then went on hiatus; only to come back in September to make that post (a second post, out of the three OP now has) is on it's own a big r.e.d flag. In fact, so many things make the red flag very conspicuous, including the user's account rank.
