Anyone help get my deposit back from this bookmaker? Of course, I was only betting. I managed to withdraw part of my deposit, but yesterday I wanted to withdraw the rest of the amount, they blocked my account. I received this message: "Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."
Later I asked what point of the regulations I broke exactly (I only betting, nothing do more on acc) and if I would get my deposit back. I received this message: "Dear user, all consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread."
Then contact breaks off. This is ridiculous at all because they are closing the account. They can do this with any user if they don't give a reason. No reason, in my opinion, and THEY STEAL MY MONEY. There is no other words for it. Do any of you help in such matters or is it possible to go to some institution and fight them?
