As we are about to finish up our new ad server, we would appreciate input from both publishers and advertisers.
1. Publishers: Would you potentially be interested in showing video ads in your content. The ad will show as the visitor scroll through your content, and can be closed after 5 seconds.
2. Advertisers: Would you potentially be interested in buying video ads, behaving as explained above. The ads will be sold on CPM basis.

As a publisher, I am ok with showing video ads on my platform as long as the video ads are very much related to the content of my platform I once used ads to my platform and they are not showing ads not related my platform is Cryptocurrency so video ads should be Cryptocurrency related ads
I'm not an advertiser but if the platform that they are going to show my videos has good traffic and is related to my content then why not advertisers want a targetted audience.
