What do you mean by "gone" here? Do you mean to say that you lose your balance without playing game or something different?
Didn't you see your balance when you close the 3rd party game, maybe there is a glitch so your balance is not updated correctly.
I hope it is not a serious issue and hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.
I thinh its not called lose after the roll is , cause i dont know about the final or result.
i do my bet one click start.. the board shown your balance lower or fund not enough the i have options deposit or else.
i do refresh then my balance is gone, did again twice ... same result, and now gone with nothing,
strange admin didnt online almost 24h to reply my email or chat on board.
@ZB% so you’re telling us your balance disappeared after showing insufficient for the bet, that’s strange because it should have remain the same in case the bet didn’t go through. Also it was the weekend give the admin some time, I’m sure he’ll investigate it and fix it for you cause he’s very active in fixing any issues that pop up.
