It's because you have to pay a fee of 0.0002 BTC. So, it's not possible to lower the min withdraw for BTC to $10. For other currency, it can be lowered though. Instead of minimizing the min withdrawal, I would rather ask to minimize the withdrawal fee though sometimes, the fee required is high.

That would be a great solution. If the minimum withdrawal is suitable for the players, then the players are attracted to that platform. The current fee that you have is definitely a barrier for the players, because it is not reasonable to charge so much for every transaction.
