He rarely ever speaks, he just comes in here, says sorry for being late, and leaves. However if I have to be honest he doesn't seem to be really caring neither, if you were a casino owner and for months people were complaining about late hot wallet refill and not being able to withdraw and saying they will get out as soon as they get their money out and will never come back and talk about it everywhere and dropping your casinos reputation making you basically a big loss of income and all of your expenses so far being gone to waste because you do not refill your hot wallet... would you not care a bit more and refill it?

It is obvious that this casino is something he doesn't care at all, it is probably just hobby for him and whatever he profits goes back to signature campaign I suppose. Nobody that cares about a business would be like him at all, dude just ignores it completely.
