I filled all the documents and I sent it. the freewallet team replied to wait for the verification process and I said no problem, please proceed. I waited for days but there was no clarity finally I asked again and again, until now I have sent hundreds of emails and the answer is still the same as the answer above (unfortunately, we cannot provide any updates at the moment.
