Without any proof nobody will spend anything mate. And in fact that all organisations who ask for spending are showing and proofing the project - you don't so it's 99.99% if scam.
(The 0.01% are just the case that you are REALLY bad in promoting such a thing and someone else should do it)

So warning, do not spend any money without proofs. Too much people these days try to scam others who have a too big hard for animals.
