I guess the developers have bought its own token to manipulate the price. You will need to pay a lot of ethereum to increase the evel of your genesis address to the level 3 to make your wallet able to did self minting process but this is the worst thing to did.

It needs a lot of years to fully minting a lot of tokens. This was a click bait scam token that spread by minereum developers to fool the newbies.
