This is one of the most active threads here because new they never stop scamming people, and those they've scammed come here after they discover late the reputation of 1XBIT, dropping here to show people and to show proves that 1XBIT is notorious for scamming people
there are some ways I think of that can stop this.
They stop scamming people, which is impossible because they make their income scamming people
They stop because they are prosecuted by courts and their domain deleted by their domain registrar
or the admin of Bitcointalk ban their account, I just don't know which of the three will materialize.
