- other casinos have complaints, not a really different amount
- 1xBit doesn't ask for KYC, most of the other does
- 1xBit has local events, while most of the other casinos not
- anonymity is a basis of 1xBit, so we do not share both players or company info
1. That's not really true. Most reputable casinos (at least on this forum) will try to resolve their complaints, but you don't. As far as I am aware, you have never shown any evidence of a violation that you have claimed. Therefore, You have the upper hand in all disputes.
2. Again, that isn't true. Just because you allow 1-click registration, doesn't mean you have no KYC. Your ToS clearly state that you can request personal documents from users at any time.

https://1xbit.com/information/rules/3. Do you think that betting on local events accounts for the increase in complaints? Or do you use local events to counter bets in your favor? (If the bet loses, you honor it, and if it wins, you cancel it and say it was made in an unsportsmanlike fashion.)
4. It is the private individual who has the right to anonymity, not the company. Can you tell me, as I asked earlier, what legislation permits anonymous companies to operate online casinos without a valid gambling license and to demand for the personal information of their customers under the guise of anti-money laundering laws?
