We cant certainly know the future of bitcoin, only time can tell. But if we look back from the time btc is introduced, we can notice the changes, each year there's a progress and adoption. Thats why the price reached the value that most of us didnt expect.
When it comes to the future, I believe there's more room for development that we must look forward. Countries set it as legal tender or even atleast recognize bitcoin might happen in the near future and if this is the case, we can expect the price to be more expensive due to demand.
It has led to a bigger impact on the community since its creation and at the same time destroyed every critical market cap. Bitcoin recently surpassed Facebook in terms of market capitalization. There was a time when every dollar was worth thousands of Bitcoins. As Bitcoin grows, so does its value. It was less than a dollar away from 50k dollars. Adoption is still taking place despite all other regulations among the countries, and the price will continue to rise due to demand.
