Surely a player who is online 24 hours per day, seven days a week is more likely to be a bot than someone who checks in once or twice per week?
I honestly dont think that someone is dumb enough to give himself up by claiming 24 times a day with a bot. ( or do they? lol ). Back in the days I remembered that I tried to claim atleast 14 times after using the RP bonus lol and I think thats pretty much the limit even
People who abuse faucets are not always the smartest. Many thousands of them are dumb enough to do that. Back when I was a customer 14 would be a minimum for days I was claiming RP bonuses. Because I worked all day sat at a computer it only took a couple of seconds to switch tabs and click roll and I could do a few more in the evening so maybe 15 or 16 total. I even managed 23 one day because I'm a bit of a politics geek and I stayed up all night to watch general election results.
Take note: using the faucet 24/7 doesnt make you an abuser. I do and for the past few months i average 19 to 21 hours a day without breaking a sweat, simply set alarms during the day by checking ur last claim via the multiply btc history. Just because it is difficult for u doesnt make it abuse unless the person is using bots or multi accounting then that i s abuse
If someone plays 19 to 21
every day then they have a game addiction and should seek help. Bot detection is a lot more complex than just counting how many rolls someone does. Some botters are smart enough to use 3x the number of accounts only doing 8 rolls a day each.
It's worth noting that the RP bonus doesn't look profitable for regular users because users need to claim it at least 12 times to recoup the cost of this bonus. I mean, it's really hard to remember about it throughout the working day. However, I have no doubt that some abusers are still trying to claim an RP bonus every hour and every day.
The bottom line here is that at $50K BTC the 100 RP bonus pays 5 cents a day and that's too expensive to continue even for real users. The increased value of RP has also made the 1000% Free BTC bonus payout less than it costs to redeem. So there are some adjustments coming soon.
