That's withdrawal fee. It was quite higher but due to community demand, FlushCasino decided to make it lower. It makes sense. With higher withdrawal fee, people won’t be much interested.
You may consider creating some promotions and contests exclusively for bitcointalk forum and promising some special hot offers to the members here. It is better than simply trying to drive the site traffic, because you have to get some committed gamblers here.
It takes time. I hope there will be some hot offers and promo for bitcointalk only. They are still in the beginning stage. There's already a competition on going which will be ended on 31st October though it is not specifically for bitcointalk.
