So did you bought any wallet.dat file and were you able to extract the bitcoins in it ?
I think all this is scam and there are no bitcoins in those wallet.dat files. I don't understand how it shows that the wallet contains bitcoin but in reality they are empty
Sometimes the wallet.dat file contains bitcoins but people have forgotten the private keys or passphrase. There is a script called Bitcoin2john which extract the hash from the wallet. You can then use programs like hashcat to extract to decrypt the passphrase. Thats why people buy these wallet.dat files and hope to find the private keys.
