Staking, farming are bad if you can not manage your investment.

With inflation in most projects that have staking or farming, the longer you stay, the worse position you will have. In my experience, if you join early, take profit and cash them out in order to
- Get your capital back. This is most important. If you finish this step, you can enjoy staking, farming and wait for luck, good news from projects.
- Get real profit in your hands. Profit becomes real profit only if you take it and store it in your wallet. If you keep it in pools, you can lose it when price crashes.
