Speaking of the effect of 3-point shots today, I don't know if you remember this but just take a look back at how these 3 players thought of the same thing by positioning themselves outside the arc waiting for the ball (link). It's funny because anyone of them could have chosen an easy layup or an open dunk to tie and extend for an OT. Just an unbelievably dumb play 
I just hope that Coach Malone didn't say anything bad to the team after this play from his players 
.TBH, this is one of the dumbest plays that I've seen on the NBA. Maybe their reason is that it would be a better ending if they will shoot a three than going for a 2
. Can we blame Steph Curry with this too because of what he did to the league . Kidding aside, the absence of Murray with the team really affected the team by a lot. Yes we can say that Campazzo is a great point guard and a passer but the effect of Murray being out can be felt by the team. Right now, Murray is still in rehab and currently no timetable as per NBA but I hope that he will be back as soon as possible.
