I am not linked to the other mentioned account. But, even if it was, 1xbit wrote that the usage of multiple account is allowed, if you not break the terms.
The only terms that could be broken are according to 1xbit:
1. Bonus cheating
2. Arbitrage betting
3. bet on known results.

1. Is Bullshit of course, since their bonus system allows players to get a bonus up to 7 BTC, so nobody will create an another account for that.

2. I did not place bets on arbitrage betting, I know that many arbitrage bets are placed on Tennis and Table tennis, but I only place bets on football and icehockey, and I am 100% sure I did not break any rules.
So, its an easy thing for 1xbit to reopen my account, then I can provide my betting history, so everybody can see all my bets have won fair. Of course 1xbit is refusing this, because then everbody can see they just blatant scammed me without any reason.
