Despite being a low res image ^{[I had no luck in finding that eBay listing]}, it's somewhat obvious that those packages/boxes are from Bitmain ^{[with Antminer logo on their side]}, but based on the number of units that you've mentioned the other day, the image that you've included doesn't come close to those amounts ^{[I haven't counted them, but it appears that they're just around 500 units]}.
