There are two accounts associated with the 1xbit scammers and they are probably operated by one person and sorry to say this but no matter how many employees they claimed to have in Support, they would not be helpful at all.
Their core operation is to portray the image of a reputable genuine gambling/gaming website but they are set up to selective scam their own members who unfortunately put their trust in the scam website.
So money is lost. Is there anyone else from the forum who works with 1xbit (support etc.) and helps with these matters?
As I have elaborated extensively in their topic, there is no 1xbit customer support team, they are merely a front, hiding behind fake anonymity, for 1XBET casino and 1X Corp N.V. company.
1xbit_official and Manager1xBit are either one of the employees of 1xBET marketing or an affiliate taking a commission. Everything else, including customer support, security checks, and payment processing, is handled by 1XBET and its departments.
