I don't think that they have disappeared. You had better reach developers and discuss it with community, but anyway, if your money wasn't stolen and they are still in the smart-contract of this project, you can recover your tokens. Just find the smart contract of Polycat on Polygon explorer (if I am not mistaken, this projects works on Polygon) and go the tab "write contract". There you can find the field "emergency withdraw" where you are to put the number of pool you do staking in. And you can withdraw directly from smart-contract then.
