What has happened at Newcastle is very good to the league,it will make the league more competitive and enjoyable,I don't think they will get world class players in the winter so I think they we go for good players that are playing for small club, players like Wilfred Zaha, and also players like Marcos Assesio, Trippier and later in the summer they should invest massively on big players that we take them to the next level.
Maybe I'm a little late hearing this news. But will he splurge with unlimited funds for the club? Seems interesting to wait. If that's true then there will be a change in league dominance the following year. But for 7 games they are winless they are in the relegation zone. They should currently be struggling to move up and be in the middle of the table so that after the second half of the season they can be easier to rank better than at the beginning of the half season.
One thing to note is that the owner of Mancity's worth is $34bn and the owner of Newcastle's worth is $320bn! Almost 10 times that of Mancity's. So if Pep can spend around $200million on each window, they can easily spend $500 or maybe $1bn each window. I would kind of hate money taking over football but if money can increase the competitiveness of the league by adding another title-worthy team, I guess I'm all in for that. I'm eager to see Newcastle's transfers in the next few windows.
