If you're asking what to do right now then that's a bad time to invest for you. You don't know what you're about to do and that's why you have to stop and observe the market before you invest.
It's better to be aware and knowledgeable in what you invest than to invest and adjust later.
I think this Newbie care just too lazy to run technical analysis on their own. They mostly go out there to ask what to invest on whenever they have small capital.. Meanwhile one needs to read and understand perfectly on what they're putting their money on before making that decision.
