If I recall well, around 2019, when p2pb2b defrauded me of $52, I was denied withdrawal from the exchange after being allowed to deposit because I had not completed KYC.
The issue with the exchange is that they don't inform you upfront that KYC is required before making a deposit, but once you do, the withdrawal button will be disabled until you complete the KYC, which is a headache because the exchange's KYC is quite difficult.
If you don't do KYC on this exchange then you will be refused the withdrawal, I experienced the exact same thing as you but after so much trouble about KYC finally I was able to solve it and withdraw my assets there, but in this case I can interesting after one kai sent a support ticket to the team.
Well that's where I hesitated for this exchange and selling it here, need some feedback that we know now what's going on with the p2pb2b exchange, because I haven't used this exchange in almost a year.
