I deleted the whole blockchain and the wallet started syncing with the coin-base and no-ip nodes, however it seems to be stuck at 17533...
This is the old chain. Are you sure you're using the newer version? Your client (if it is the new version) should not be able to sync past block 17520 (the KGW fork) if it was following the old chain; at that point it will start disagreeing about difficulty retargeting.
Instead of
addnode= try
connect=This change will cause the client to only connect to those two nodes, rather than gratuitously working through the list of every IP in peers.dat. (You'll need to delete the blockchain again. Also, delete peers.dat)
