We have seen a couple of valid questions and concerns come up on this thread that we would like to address. We decided that it would be best to address some of the major concerns before coming here to answer any further questions - hence the delayed response.

Since the last response, we have managed to get the license renewed and taken down any misleading information on the website.

BetBitcoin 247 is a brand that we have brought over in late 2020. In an attempt to distinguish ourselves from previous versions of the brand we change our URL from .com to .io. We are not associated with any action that took place before we owned the brand and hope that in time we can build your trust in the brand back up.

We have noted that some users believe that the brand has not changed ownership and that the move to .io may be to cover up previous issues. This is completely false information.

We would also like to apologise for the oversight of promoting our brand here before the information on the website was completely updated to reflect what the platform offers. None of the incorrect information was put there to mislead or deceive players but was rather just a misstep on our part.
