You are right that these statistics do not tell you much about the number of users, as they only show the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. However, we can conclude that the popularity of 1xbit is increasing and that does not surprise me at all.
That means the only thing that matters to you is increasing the traffic! The amount of unresolved reports that are coming out, and the number of reports that would have come out a few days later, should also be kept in mind. So say 1xbit to resolve unresolved reports, then at least 1xbit does not have to run its own activities with such a low reputation.
Could you please give some examples? Because what you write looks like it was taken out of thin air.

Out of this huge number of unresolved cases, they have solved some cases and by doing so, their reputation has improved, is that what you mean? Even if I believe your list, there are still many unresolved cases out there. So how will they improve their reputation? No company can ever increase their reputation by simply deceiving customers in various ways.
1xbit should change their attitude so that customers are at least safe.
