Yep, but probably only Shib that almost touching its last ATH this week, so i called it as the most bullish altcoin like what OP questioned.
Its not for investment suggestion, i just said a fact from what happen this week, but weeks not end and probably it could changed.
That's true, but in this week Shiba is also classified as a token that is experiencing a rapid decline in price so it's not so long that it has been at a price that has almost touched ATH this week so it is well worth not recommending investment.
Not only Shiba which experience decline, many alt also. At this moment only Bitcoin which up, its not bringing entire market anymore.
