You can control autobet speed on many casinos but I have never seen multiple bets done in a second. Btw the reason to not play in that mode is that you won't get pleasure/excitement from gambling, it looks like your only concern is profit there and profit by gambling is impossible cause mathematically when the game has house edge higher than zero, it means that the casino will profit on long-term.
As I recall in 2020 there has been a vote on the top and best dice sites in the forums and it ended recently 2021.
