The issue has been discussed and addressed at length on this topic. What is being said is factually untrue.
The month before the old affiliate program was shut down, all affiliates were paid including that which is making the accusations.
Our affiliate program has been shut down for the second month now so, what exactly is "the previous month".
There are no pending affiliates' earnings or payments, all were paid and cleared before the program was taken offline.
Evidently, this is nothing more than someone trying to throw their "weight" or so called influences around.
Some people play the good guy in public while in private, they try to get their way by any means necessary, almost mafia like.
We have seen people weaponize their rank and position in this forum previously. This is nothing new in our experience and surely unbothered by it.
After 6 months of hard work to develop a new gaming platform from scratch to offer a better service, improve user experience and be able to offer custom and innovative bonuses.
Someone thinks (if they actually believe that), you are trying to steal their 150$. It's silly and laughable.
You don't get paid what you did not earn, they can feel entitled all they want. Your rank and "influence" don't automatically make you eligible for compensation.
Any honest and reasonable person can understand the need to close the old platform.
You are not really mentioning or adressing the issue. The main problem is that you are migrating to the new platform without setting over the accounts. So everybody will lose their referrals that they have gathered and that is unfair if you are not willing to compensate it. There is no famous twitch streamer that actively plays on betnomi (I think), but I am wondering what you would do if that would be the case. Imagine a player like Ayezee that would lose all their affiliates, they would also be mad about it...
