There are some complaints about exx.com crypto exchange specially at crypto exchanges review sites.
If someone tries to withdraw, they frozen the transaction.
No answer from their support, no mails, no response, nothing.

I have a frozen withdraw request since April.
Tried to community through Zendesk support platform, but seems that the page doesn’t exist.
Same way through telegram or twitter. All their accounts are suspended.

There are some new ad banners at the main page but after all it is like a ghost exchange.
Does anyone know what is going wrong and a way to withdraw the funds?
