There is no denying that the future of Cardano is very bright. Exceeding the 5 $ mark is not a big deal, if all goes well, I think Cardano will cross the 5 $ mark by the end of this year. But no matter how bright the future, I don't think Cardano will ever be able to replace Ethereum.
Absolutely right. Cardano has great future because its developers have been working hard to improve its network, make it useable for creating smart contracts and do everything they can to keep transaction fee to the minimum. Its price will definitely sky rocket once new contracts start launching on its network. Technically speaking, caradano is in consolidation phase since many weeks and Breakout from here will take to 3$ but it will take much time before it hits 5$..
