That needs daily monitoring which means efforts. Non-paid efforts. Who will do such a thing? Maybe developers will or their company market strategist but not members of the forums who are checking threads only dailies for a few updates.
Most of the time members will create a thread about a new coin or what is pumping but it will be left after a week discussion or so.
