I was about to trash this company due to lack of response regarding my concerns in my previous post, however, I spoke to the owner on the phone yesterday and all seems to be resolved.  My order was being held up due to one part missing (10-port USB hub), but shipped today and I have a valid tracking# now.

The owner was very helpful over the phone and definitely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase.  Assuming everything arrives in good working order, I will do business with them again.
