There is not just fatigue from internationals in play here, couple of Chelsea players also returned with small injuries. It is not certain that Lukaku and Rudiger will be able to play this game. They are important parts of Chelsea team and while they will manage to sub Rudiger I feel like Chelsea can't replace Lukaku and what he is doing for the team. Will be waiting for news before picking my scores.
Are you getting news from fantasy too? 
To be honest, I don't see much of a problem even if Werner replaces the Lukaku for a couple of games, given that Chelsea has 5 or 6 low-stress games ahead, (including two upcoming games against Malmö). The same is the case with the defenders, not to mention that Rudiger is not the only nugget at Chelsea (Christensen, Alonso, Azpilicueta will be able to play in the upcoming matches without straining until Rudiger returns).
Not that it's my concern at the moment, but seems not everyone in the Toon Army are very pleased. Trading Cashley for blood oil money, suppose there are worse things to consider...
Let's be realistic and not think about what we cannot change, but just enjoy the good news ... at least for now. By the way, as far as I understand, a clause was included in the agreement that none of the political leadership or the leadership of the Saudi Arabia Foundation will have the opportunity to put pressure on the leadership of Newcastle.
