I disagree. The win may or may not be fraudulent, but they aren't disclosing evidence for different reasons and not the ones that you mentioned. Disclosing evidence would help improve their credibility which is common sense.
However, they don't like sharing proof since some of the cases point out their scam tactics which is why they resort to copy-paste excuses.
